Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Indian Dream (the "Game", "Service"), a browser-based financial life simulation game. By creating an account or playing Indian Dream, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Indian Dream Is

Indian Dream is a turn-based life simulation game where players make financial and life decisions — career, investments, family, festivals, insurance, and more — across a simulated life from age 21 to 60. It is built for financial literacy and entertainment. It runs entirely in your browser as a Progressive Web App (PWA); no app-store download is required.

2. Not Gambling, Betting, or Real-Money Gaming

Indian Dream is a life-simulation and financial-literacy game. It is not gambling, betting, a casino, a lottery, real-money gaming, or fantasy betting of any kind. Players do not deposit money to wager it for a chance to win money. Nothing in the game can be cashed out, withdrawn, or converted back into real money under any circumstance. Purchases within the game are straightforward, fixed-price purchases of a virtual in-game item (Energy Coins), described below — not a bet, stake, or wager on an uncertain outcome.

Because no game outcome, spin, or reward in Indian Dream can be withdrawn or converted into real money, nothing in the game constitutes "winnings" for tax purposes, and no tax is deducted at source (TDS) on in-game rewards, Energy Coins, or referral rewards — all of which are non-monetary. Should Indian Dream ever introduce a feature involving real-money payouts, applicable Indian tax law, including any TDS obligations, will be complied with and disclosed at that time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only make a purchase with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who controls the payment method used. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement, or that a parent/guardian has authorized it on your behalf.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

5. Energy Coins ("EC")

Energy Coins are a virtual, in-game consumable used only within Indian Dream. Specifically:

• Energy Coins have no cash value and are not a currency, security, or financial instrument of any kind.
• Energy Coins cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or exchanged for real money under any circumstance.
• Energy Coins cannot be redeemed for physical goods or services.
• Certain in-game features may allow Energy Coins to be gifted from one player to another within the game, subject to in-game eligibility rules and limits that may change at any time. This is a gameplay feature, not a way to move money between people — a gifted Energy Coin remains a non-cash, non-withdrawable in-game item in the receiving player's account, usable only within Indian Dream, and is subject to fraud-prevention limits.
• We may change how Energy Coins are earned, priced, or used at any time, and may retire or replace them, though we will not retroactively strip Energy Coins you have already been credited without reason (such as a refund, chargeback, or a violation of these Terms).

6. Referral Program

Indian Dream includes an optional referral program. If you invite someone using your personal referral link or code and they complete a qualifying purchase, you may receive a one-time reward credited to your account as Energy Coins.

• This is a single-level, direct-referral reward only. You are rewarded for people you personally invite who make a qualifying purchase — never for purchases made by people invited by someone you referred, and never for any referral made by anyone downstream of you.
• There is no membership fee, joining cost, or purchase required to participate in the referral program, and no requirement to recruit others in order to use or enjoy Indian Dream.
• The referral program has no multi-level, tiered, matrix, or network-marketing structure of any kind. Rewards are never based on the size of any team, network, or group of participants, and never on referrals made by people other than you.
• Referral rewards are issued as Energy Coins (see Section 5 above) and carry no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or cashed out, and are subject to the same terms as any other Energy Coins.
• We may change, limit, or discontinue the referral program, or adjust reward amounts, at any time.

7. Purchases & Payment

Energy Coin purchases are processed through a third-party payment gateway. We do not see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or other sensitive payment credentials — those are handled directly by our payment processor. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) before you confirm a purchase. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds work.

8. Multiplayer, Chat & User Content

Indian Dream includes optional social features — private rooms, chat, reactions, and voice messages shared with people you invite. You're responsible for what you send. Don't use these features to harass, threaten, impersonate, or share illegal, abusive, or infringing content. We may remove content or restrict access to these features if they're misused.

9. Acceptable Use

To keep the game fair and fun for everyone, we ask that you don't:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Service in ways a human player normally couldn't, including to farm rewards, bonuses, or Energy Coins;
• Try to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with how the Service normally works, or access any account or system without authorization;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or misrepresent what the Service is to others.

If an account doesn't follow this, we may suspend or restrict it, and reverse any rewards, coins, or benefits gained that way.

10. No Financial Advice

Indian Dream is an educational and entertainment simulation. Nothing in the game — including Munimji's messages, in-game investment outcomes, or any other content — constitutes real-world financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Real financial markets and instruments do not behave exactly as simulated in the game. Make your real-life financial decisions with a qualified professional, not based on this game.

11. Intellectual Property

All game content, design, characters (including Munimji), text, and code are the property of Indian Dream's operator unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the game. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use Indian Dream after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
